Custom Woven Tafetta Damask

    The Tafetta damask label is made of polyester yarn woven with hundreds of color yarns, Tafetta
damask can weave very detail, smooth and very soft against the skin.

      The Tafetta damask label is divided into four types, Tafetta damas with 150 denier base yarn,
100 denier, 75 denier and 50 denier.

​

     The Tafetta damask label is very influential on the size of denier yarn, where the yarn with denier 50 (smallest denier) can be woven with the highest density, so it can weave more detail, more subtle and has the softest feel. Damask with denier 100 has very woven fabrics quality, sturdy and soft. Damask with denier 75 is the middle damask between the two,


     We do not recommend you to use damask with denier 150, because it has a texture a rough and rigid label edge with the lowest level of detail, but all that we return to your decision, what kind of damask you think is more suitable to represent
your product.

     If you highly prioritize the convenience, health of your customers and look more luxurious on
your product, we strongly advise you to use tafetta damas label by using denier 50, because the label of this type of tafeta is very smooth, lebut, not itchy skin, which must be your product will be more trusted by your customers because we believe the comfort and health of customers is the most important thing for us and your customers.

Type of Fold

Middle Folding Labels

Typically used for neck labels on the back of jumpers and T-Shirts, the label is folded in the middle and sewn into the top seam of the garment.

Folding Edge Labels

Usually the rectangular label with the two longest ends is folded, then the folded sides are stitched.

Hot Cut Labels

Flat labels sewn on 4 edges.

Mitre folding Labels

A rectangular label with a 45 degree fold at each end, a label stitched on the top of the fold
